The role involves establishing and developing client relationships further through email and telephone communication. You will be making regular follow-up calls to existing clients, offering ongoing customer support, following up on previous information they have requested and encouraging them to send back required forms, in order to progress transactions to the next stage. There will be regular contact with other internal teams and you will also need to maintain accurate internal database records.

Previous telephone-based customer liaison experience is essential, in addition to good educational grades and a polite, professional phone manner.
