- Making the first contact to potential clients
- Establish and develop client relationships further through email and telephone communication
- Make regular follow-up calls to existing clients
- Offer ongoing customer support
- Follow up on previous information they have requested
- Encourage them to send back required forms, in order to progress transactions to the next stage
- Regular contact with other internal teams
- Maintain accurate internal database records
- Previous outbound calling experience in a sales/telemarketing role
- Ideally experienced at a B2B level
- Good educational grades
- A polite and professional telephone manner
- The ideal candidate will be proactive and confident following up with clients
- Own transport needed, due to office location
- 5% discretionary bonus scheme
