Overview

Responsibilities

  • Making the first contact to potential clients
  • Establish and develop client relationships further through email and telephone communication
  • Make regular follow-up calls to existing clients
  • Offer ongoing customer support
  • Follow up on previous information they have requested
  • Encourage them to send back required forms, in order to progress transactions to the next stage
  • Regular contact with other internal teams
  • Maintain accurate internal database records

Requirements

  • Previous outbound calling experience in a sales/telemarketing role
  • Ideally experienced at a B2B level
  • Good educational grades
  • A polite and professional telephone manner
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive and confident following up with clients
  • Own transport needed, due to office location
