An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Consultant to join a successful Insurance Broker, based in the Wilmslow area. This is a great customer liaison and sales role working in a friendly, fast paced team environment. Working towards office and team targets, with individual KPIs to achieve. Responsibilities

  • Liaising both face to face with clients and over the phone
  • Proactively building strong relationships with new and existing clients to promote business
  • Providing competitive quotes and discussing a range of commercial products and services
  • Liaising with clients to discuss policy renewals, adjustments and claims
  • Providing support in relation to policy issues and implementing changes
  • Handling all client enquiries and resolving any queries in a prompt and professional manner

Requirements

  • Previous Commercial Insurance experience, evident in CV.
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills
  • Sales experience gained either within a retail or office based role
  • Proactive and confident problem solver
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths graded A*- C (or equivalent)
