A great opportunity to join a well-established company who are market leaders in their field. Our client is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing contractual support; dealing regularly with contract issues arising – formation, variation and negotiation with customers, partners and suppliers
  • Supporting the bidding activity and ensuring correct governance
  • Contractual drafting, compilation and administration
  • Provide advice on contractual and commercial matter/governance within the company


  • Experience with customer contracts, including legal and contractual documentation
  • Understanding of contractual law
  • Technology background would be ideal
