We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant within a fast-growing business based in Reading, offering Automotive related services. You will be joining a friendly team and providing customer service and administration support.
Your duties will include:
- Providing friendly customer service and administration support for the Sales Team.
- Dealing with incoming customer enquiries.
- Following up on missed payments and appointments.
- Chasing up any outstanding repairs.
- Booking in customers for Services/MOTs.
- Handling any rejected claims and liaising with customers.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of outbound and inbound calls within a customer service role. You will have a friendly and well-spoken telephone manner along with a positive attitude.
