You will be trained to provide excellent customer service within a friendly call centre team, identifying customer needs, processing and resolving queries, passing on calls to different departments, maintaining the customer database and assisting with ad-hoc projects.

You will need to have Maths and English GCSEs at A-C Grades or equivalent. You may have some customer service or reception experience gained within an office environment, but candidates with a retail background who have been used to working with some targets may also be considered.
