Overview

This role is a varied Sales Support role, where you will be providing a variety of day to day support to customers and Account Management team. Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Assisting customers and field-based sales with pricing requests
  • Accurately quoting on items, as required
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers when the Account Manager is not available
  • Recognising opportunities for further business as you talk to customers
  • Updating the Company CRM system, ensuring data is accurate
  • Maintaining a professional manner and at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer focused sales department
  • Previous experience working within a technology sector
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
  • Being proactive and able to use own initiative
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
  • GCSE level C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • High quality writing skills
