Our successful client is recruiting an Internal Client Manager to provide sales support to clients and the Sales teams. This is a great opportunity to join a successful market leading service provider based in Winnersh.
This will be a varied role that plays a crucial part in supporting the sales and client development teams. You will be a go to person in understanding sales processes, making contact with clients, suppliers and stakeholders. Tasks will include:
- Assisting with pricing requests, client orders and liaising with suppliers
- Identify and qualify both inbound and outbound sales leads when appropriate
- Updating and maintaining the company CRM system ensuring client data is accurate
- Serving as main point of contact for clients when Client Manager is not available
- Occasional client visits
The ideal candidate will need to have experience in a client focused sales environment. You will have Maths and English GCSE (at least grade C) or equivalent along with intermediate ability on Microsoft. This will be an office-based role, however the successful candidate will need to have a full UK driving license in order to make visits to clients when necessary.
