Are you a Vehicle Technician looking to move into an office based role or a Service Advisor with strong mechanical knowledge? This is a great opportunity for a candidate with good interpersonal skills to use their vehicle and mechanical knowledge, joining a friendly and professional team within an expanding Company.

In this varied and interesting role you will report directly to the Claims Manager and will handle a range of in-bound calls regarding motor warranty issues. The role also includes some outbound calls to customers and approved vehicle repair centres regarding work required, assessing costs and approve appropriate decisions within guidelines. You will be responsible for chasing up and progressing cases, updating customers and settling claims within policy terms. You will maintain accurate systems information and will be involved with the training of new members of staff.

The successful candidate will have good vehicle mechanical knowledge and have strong communication skills both written and oral. You will need to have reasonable keyboard skills and speed. Our Client may also consider CVs from experienced Warranty Advisors or from Motor Claims Insurance professionals. Salary according to experience.
