Overview
We have an exciting office-based opportunity for a Customer Service Exec to join a well-established commercial business based in Reading. This will be a varied and fast-paced role, working within a friendly team to provide a high level of customer service regarding automotive related services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide great customer service supporting customers with services and MOTs
  • Select and manage garages when organising service and repair work
  • Chasing any outstanding repairs
  • Deal with incoming customer enquiries and keeping them informed regarding updates
  • Handle any rejected claims and liaise with customers accordingly
  • Keep the company systems updated
  • Handle complaints in line with company procedure

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within a fast-paced call-centre environment
  • Friendly manner and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask effectively and use high attention to detail
  • Adaptable and able to adjust to rapidly changing demands.
  • Interest in automotive industry would be beneficial
