Overview
Unique opportunity for a highly experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join an exciting IT software start-up based in Reading, managing full sales cycle with some of the world’s most prestigious companies. Acting as a key member of the sales strategy team, you will be developing UK and International accounts and growth plans.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building high trust relationships within new and existing accounts, both UK and International
  • Initiating and completing complex multi-stakeholder sales to C-level Execs
  • Developing and implementing strategies within accounts to grow business
  • Conducting market research, identifying key individuals and business opportunities
  • Promoting face to face at demonstrations and trade events
  • Managing full sales cycle to deal closure

 Requirements

  • Proven success in Enterprise sales, handling complex software sales with large corporate customers
  • Confident relationship builder, used to liaising with C-level contacts
  • Any experience selling into large Engineering PLCs would be advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial, motivated and hungry to succeed
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self starter with valid drivers license – free to travel
