We have a great new opportunity for an experienced Marketing Agency Account Manager to join the growing team of a dynamic and innovative Marketing Agency in the West Berkshire area. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and growing their assigned client accounts and the fulfilment of a range of digital projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients
  • Preparing client reports and specifications
  • Taking technical briefing and preparing quotations for new projects
  • Participating in client meetings
  • Allocating responsibilities in-house and managing work through to client deadlines
  • Working closely with all departments
  • Monitoring own workload proactively and prioritising actions to take
  • Completing accounting tasks, including signing off invoices and sending out client

Requirements

  • Account Management experience working within a relevant Digital / Marketing Agency environment
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship building skills
  • Experience of website/optimisation and automation projects ideal
  • Proactive, ambitious and positive manner
  • Highly organised, hardworking and adaptable to changing needs
  • Excellent attention to detail
