Overview

We have been appointed on a sole agency basis to source a Training Administrator to join a commercial company in the Henley upon Thames area. The successful candidate will work within a friendly team environment, providing daily administrative support to the Logistics department. Responsibilities include:

  • Diary management for field-based Trainers
  • Booking hotel accommodation throughout the UK
  • Coordinating training course details and emailing joining instructions
  • Proactively responding to phone queries
  • Updating Company CRM system with relevant and accurate information
  • Completing general administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Previous office administration would be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Sociable and positive interpersonal skills
