A great opportunity for a Warranty Claims Advisor to join our well-established Automotive client based in Reading. Working in the fast-paced Service and Repairs team, the successful candidate will be providing quality customer service and assessing customer claims. Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers and appointed garages regarding servicing, MOTs and repairs
  • Select garages to carry out work and agreeing cover for claims
  • Assess garages diagnosis for repair work, ensuring labour and parts prices are reasonable
  • Regularly update and advise customers on bookings and warranty issues
  • Resolve any issues or complaints as positively as possible
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service

Requirements

  • Previous service experience either within a garage or office environment
  • Friendly and polite telephone manner
  • Good basic PC skills and strong attention to detail
  • Able to work well under pressure
