Overview
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Business Development Representative to join a hybrid role an international software company. This is a key role for the business and the successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business growth and developing outreach strategies and implementing outbound lead generation campaigns. The role will be based three days per week from home and two from their C London office.
Responsibilities include:
Working closely with sales and marketing to identify lead generation opportunities
Creating and implementing strategies to approach sales prospects
Leading generation via email, social media, telephone and other communication methods
Securing appointments/demonstrations for the sales team
Following up marketing leads
Qualifying and requirement gathering and other pre-sales calls with prospects
Developing effective relationship with sales prospects, end-users and related industry stakeholders
Using HubSpot to capture leads, ensuring they’re transitioned through the sales lifecycle
Conducting relevant market research to identify competitors and related stakeholders in industry
Preparing sales reports for management
Requirements
Experience with B2B software sales, and successful lead generation
Strong understanding of sale techniques, processes, and lifecycle
Experience using CRM software (ideally HubSpot)
Target driven with strong communication and negotiation skills
Graduate calibre candidate
