‍Great opportunity for a Customer Returns / Warehouse Operative to join a well-established commercial company in the Wokingham area. This will be a fast-paced and varied role, supporting customers with returns and assisting in the warehouse. Now is an exciting time to join this international business, in a Monday to Friday role, with no shift patterns.

‍Responsibilities‍

• Regularly liaising with customers and responding to queries, by email and phone
• Handling customer returns, ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to
• Supporting the Goods In/Out teams
• Lifting and preparing boxes for shipment in an efficient manner
• Booking in incoming goods from suppliers

Requirements‍

• Previous warehouse experience with some customer service
• A detail orientated team player
• Strong IT skills
• Adaptable to fast changing environments
• Own transport needed
