Job Description


Great opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join a well-established automotive business in Reading. This will be a varied and busy role, with a key focus of building relationships with customers and resolving customer enquiries. The successful applicant will receive excellent training and support, whilst working within a fast-paced team environment.


  • Providing great customer service to support customers
  • Answering and resolving a variety incoming customer enquires
  • Ensuring the company system is kept up to date with relevant information
  • Proactively responding to emails and live chat messages


  • Previous administrative or customer service experience ideally, but our client is also open to a bright school or college leaver
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to adapt to changing environments and multi-task effectively
  • Interest in automotive industry would be beneficial
