We have a new opportunity for an experienced Marketing Exec or Senior Marketing Exec with a background in technology to join our client, a dynamic and innovative Marketing Agency located in the West Berkshire area. The role of Account Manager will suit a proactive and enthusiastic candidate with creative ideas, who is passionate about Marketing Campaigns and nurturing and growing client accounts. Responsibilities include:
- Acting as primary point of contact and advocator for Marketing clients, building and maintaining relationships
- Listening and communicating to understand each client’s business goals and objectives
- Managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget and to client satisfaction
- Staying up to date with any new emerging tech trends
- Preparing and presenting reports, proposals and presentations to clients and internal teams
- Taking technical briefing and preparing quotations for new projects
- Proactively identifying and addressing issues and risks that may impact projects success, working collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions
- Completing supporting tasks, including signing off invoices and sending out to clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience developing and executing tech/channel marketing campaigns
- Client facing experience, ideally with account management focus
- Strong project manager with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, ambitious, and positive manner
- Highly organised problem solver with an analytical approach to a clients changing needs
- Excellent attention to detail
