Job Description

Overview

Great field-based opportunity for an experienced Polish speaking Sales professional to join our expanding commercial client. The successful candidate will take ownership of their assigned territory, delivering business development and marketing to support ongoing business growth and building awareness in local communities. The successful applicant will need to speak both fluent Polish and English. One vacancy will cover the East Midlands and another will cover London and the Home Counties. Car or car allowance provided to successful candidates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with key business clients and senior management
  • Arranging and attending sales meetings with business clients and introducers within the region
  • Effectively managing own time and appointments
  • Attending relevant networking events within the Polish community
  • Identifying and implementing sales/marketing activities to help drive growth plans
  • Working closely with Company Marketing teams, acting as a point of contact for staff and management
  • Delivering marketing plans within the agrees budget and timeline

Requirements

  • Proven track record in client-facing sales roles
  • Must live in one of the 3 areas of the UK listed above
  • Must be fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
  • Effective stakeholder and client relationship-management skills
  • Proactive, motivated and driven
  • Driving license with experience driving in the UK
