Overview

‍An excellent opportunity has come up to join a well-established Commercial Insurance Business in Sunderland who are currently going through an exciting period of growth. As a Renewals Advisor, you will be communicating with existing clients and encouraging policy renewals. This role is Mon-Fri only and would suit a candidate who has excellent relationship building and account management skills.

‍Responsibilities‍

• Contacting existing customers, preparing renewal documentation, and setting up new policies.
• Building positive relationships and providing competitive quotes.
• Discussing additional policies to ensure all insurance requirements are covered.
• Liaising with insurers and underwriters to obtain quotes.
• Making adjustments to existing insurance policies to suit customer requirements.
• Focus on motor fleet and liability policies.

Requirements‍

• A minimum educational standard of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths grades A*- C (or equivalent)
• Strong IT Skills with the ability to learn new software
• Clear and professional telephone manner
• Friendly and persuasive communicator who can build relationships easily
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
• Previous Insurance experience advantageous but not essential
