to £90,000 + £90K OTE

Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join an impressive global Insurance Solutions company at their London office. Reporting to the CRO, this is an integral role to the business with a key focus on increasing revenues and global customer portfolio, by identifying and closing new InsureTech business to achieve annual targets. This role offers remote working with travel to London offices for client and in-house meetings.


  • Building successful relationships with new and existing clients
  • Generating leads and converting into sales prospects
  • Preparing sales pitches, presentations, proposals, quotations, agreements and related documentation
  • Responsible for sales meetings, presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams, driving sales and executing requirements
  • Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with Pre-sales
  • Identifying and participating in networking and brand activities
  • Conducting follow-ups and following through on the sales process
  • Using Market Research to identify potential business leads, new opportunities and partners
  • Providing accurate sales forecasting
  • Updating and managing leads/client information on HubSpot


  • Proven success as a Sales Director or Snr Sales Manager, having sold to Insurance sector
  • Experience working with EMEA clients
  • New business focused, motivated and hungry to succeed
  • Confident relationship builder with excellent organisation skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • London market experience, evident on CV
  • Solid B2B experience with Insurance sector
