Having built a successful career in HR Management & Consultancy, Nicki recognised that there was a need for a professional recruitment service which was not based on heavy sales techniques, but instead operates as a real business partner to clients, saving them time and money by conducting first round face to face interviews on their behalf, representing the Client in an exceptionally professional manner and submitting higher quality candidates. Since the start of the Agency in 2000, the difference in our approach of honesty, positivity and trust is regularly noted by clients, having confidence in our ability to represent them with the gravitas required for board level appointments and the friendliness and approachability required for entry-level candidates. This adaptability has enabled Calibre Candidates to extend the reputation of our services locally and broaden to a national operation offering retained, priority and contingency-based recruitment options to meet our clients’ requirements.
Molly Davis – Recruitment Team Leader
After graduating university with a 2:1 in her degree, Molly set her sights on a career where she’d be able to have a positive impact on people’s lives. With her energetic and positive nature, she is an individual who applies the same drive and enthusiasm to her work. After joining the Calibre team in September 2018, she quickly developed a passion for delivering the strongest candidates to meet our client’s needs. Her background in Sport has developed strong leadership skills and a goal-orientation, which has given her the ability to motivate the team to deliver the best results possible for both clients and candidates alike. Molly was officially promoted to Team Leader after only 6 months in the role of Recruitment Consultant. Her well-developed interpersonal skills have allowed her to build strong, lasting relationships.
Laura Fairchild – Recruitment Consultant
Laura came to Calibre Candidates from a hospitality background where she developed her passion for providing excellent customer service, which she demonstrates on a daily basis. Since joining the team, Laura has increased her knowledge significantly with regards to best practice in sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring that the best calibre of candidates are selected against each client briefing. She actively continues to build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients alike. She has become the team’s “go-to” person for technical queries and has taken specialist responsibility for social media activity. Her positive energy and enthusiasm makes her a pleasure to work with and she has become a valuable member of the Calibre Candidates team.
We also have a small team of additional Recruitment Consultants working flexible hours according to the demands of the business. Some have worked with Calibre Candidates for many years and can offer the same high standard of industry knowledge and support.
